Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Original packaging, certificates, and accessories must be included
  • Item must not show signs of wear, resizing, alterations, or damage

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for review.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

For orders above $200, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance.
